Shreya Segu (she/her)

Shreya Segu is a multimedia designer and visual storyteller. She graduated in May of 2024 from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. There, she received her BFA in Visual Arts. While she concentrated in painting and design, she also loves ceramics, photography, printmaking, and exploring new mediums. During university, her most memorable projects were her senior year BFA thesis exhibition and the "Artists of South Asian Origin" exhibit she co-curated with her dear friend and classmate; These two projects truly shaped her voice as an artist.

Moving forward in her career, she is interested in exploring where design intersects with human-computer interaction and technology (such as UX/UI, web, and app design). Inspired by the supportive mentors throughout her life, Shreya is also very passionate about becoming an art educator in the future. As a South Asian artist, she truly values advocating for diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility in the Arts. Shreya is excited to see where life takes her in this new chapter of post-graduate life while she takes on new challenges and artistic endeavors. Some fun facts about Shreya is that she loves hiking and biking, roller coasters, and cooking dishes from Food Network!
